Dr. Ashton Busani Mpofu is an experienced chemical engineer who currently works as a senior consultant at Isle Utilities.

Ashton also holds the position of vice-chair of the IWA Young Water Professionals Steering Committee and serves as a non-executive director (board member) of WISA. Additionally, he contributes as an advisory board member at DUT’s Chemical Engineering Department.

Ashton is deeply passionate about water, technology, and innovative finance as catalysts for inclusive and sustainable socioeconomic development.
